School Development Plan

Our school development priorities are informed by: the last Ofsted inspection, the School Inspection Data Report and ASP report, recomendations from our School Effectiveness Adviser and stakeholder voice.

The objectives for our three-plan (2024-27) are to ensure that:

• Our curriculum is ambitious and designed to give all pupils, regardless of individual starting points, the knowledge, experience and aspiration they need to be well prepared for their next stage in their education and to succeed in life.
• We inspire exceptionally positive behaviour and attitudes to learning and motivate pupils to show high levels of attendance
• There is support for all pupils to develop in many diverse aspects of life and we provide for the personal development of pupils, particularly when influenced by other factors in their home environment
• There is a clear leadership structure that embeds a culture that engages all staff in a relentless and ambitious drive to improve outcomes for all pupils
• Budgets are well managed to sustain a high quality of provision across the school.
