Open Door policy

It is in everybody's interests that concerns are resolved as swiftly as possible, before they can escalate, and we therefore have an ‘Open Door’ policy whereby we hope that parents feel they can come and talk to staff if they have queries or concerns.  Whilst quick questions or messages can be given at the start of the day, it is usually preferable to catch your child's class teacher at the end of the school day when they will have time to talk with you.  Alternatively, parents can make an appointment for a telephone call or face-to-face meeting at another mutually convenient time.
