Make Mindfulness part of your daily routine

 

There is one challenge left after today- Make mindfulness part of your daily routine even if it is only for 5 minutes.  Find those 5 minutes to take on one of the challenges or techniques as a family or on your own every single day- don't forget to make suggestions to your teachers too.  You'll be surprised to see the positive results.
