Always Value Feelings and Emotions...

How many times do we say "You're okay, stop crying, you'll be fine."  Showing feelings and emotions are valued is very important to mindfulness.  A small thing to us can be a big deal to someone else.  Let people know it is okay to be angry, sad, upset and help them to understand their feelings and emotions- talk about why they are feeling the way they are and how they can move on from a negative feeling.  Breathing always helps.
