Mindful Awareness


Think of something that happens ever day more than once; something you take for granted like opening a door.  At the very moment the you touch the door handle, stop for a moment and be mindful of where you are, how you feel in that moment and where the door will lead you.  These can be applied to any daily routine just take some time to think about the next step in the day or to clear your mind.
