Mindfulness Challenge 11

Mindful Walking- try going on a listening walk- this can be around your garden, to the park, around the house.  During the walk, explore your 5 senses-what you see, touch, smell etc.  The challenge is to notice something that you have never noticed before.  The exploring can last 1 minute or the whole walk.
