I am Thankful...

Once a day, once a week, once a month, once a year, however often you like make a list of all the things in our life and the world that you are thankful for.  This helps to keep troubles and worries in perspective and reminds you of how lucky you truly are.  This could be a nice activity to complete as a family- maybe create a book and then look back and see if what you are 'thankful' for has increased or changed over time.
