Balloon Breathing


Imagine you are holding a deflated balloon at your bellybutton, with the opening of the balloon facing your belly button.  As you breathe in, the balloon is deflated.  As you breathe out, the balloon inflates.  Practise this 5 times to start with and then build up to 10.  Focus on your breathing.
