Mindfulness Colouring


Colouring in is a fantastic way to focus and calm down.  Staying in the lines means your brain is working hard on focusing on the task and not on anything else.  colouring in lets you escape.  Any colouring in book will do.  Spend 15 minutes colouring, put on some calming music to help and turn off all screens- TV and tablets.  Enjoy!
