We are working very hard on being 'Mindful' and finding time to be mindful each day in class. We need our children to have positive role models in being achieving mindfulness so are challenging parents, carers and children to complete the 40 day Mindfulness Challenge. Each day a new Mindfulness technique or challenge will be blogged- all we ask is for you to have a go at home. The children will be experiencing some of these ideas in school too.
