Thursday saw our football team play The Lea. The first match of the league is always a nervous one and a chance for the team to really find their feet. It was a great match with lots of spirit and team play. The match was fairly even and the ball travelled from end to end. The Lea managed to score 2 goals to make the final score 2-0 to The Lea. Well done for showing perseverance and not giving up squad! Thank you to The Lea for hosting and for all the parents who gave lifts and supported A big thanks to Mr Holmes for coaching and refereeing the match.
