Limit Screen Time...

Be reflective and look at how much screen time you have daily... make an effort to reduce that screen time by half and spend the extra time you have doing something mindful. Peace and quiet and time to relax is essential to keep your mind healthy and well. Spend the time chatting face to face with a friend, colouring , playing a board game, painting, reading but something that does not involve the TV, computer or phone.
