Sauncey Wood played against Manland at home in their second league match. The girls played so well as a team and the ball travelled from end to end. Our defence tried really hard to stop the ball and get in it into the circle so our shooters could have a shot. At half time the score was 4-2. In the second half the match was again even with the ball moving end to end. Manland were lucky with their shooting and scored one more goal. Final score 5-2 to Manland. Thank you all the parents who supported and the girls who played their socks off. Next step for the team- shooting practice!
