Mindfulness Challenge 24

Prepare your body for landing...

Discuss how energy can become ungrounded and that we can sometimes feel as if we're spinning with no gravity. This usually happens when we are stressed out, unfocused, tense or distracted. When we are not relaxed, our bodies and minds can feel out of control, like they're floating far away in outer space. Relaxation practice will help you to get grounded and return to Earth! When our energy gets too BIG or too scattered, we need to bring it back to ourselves, and using deep breaths will help that. You can talk yourself through being in space and the sensations your feeling ands then guide yourself into a safe and calm landing.
