Mindfulness Challenge 20

Heart Breathe

First put your hand over your heart to feel it beating as you breathe in and out. Keep your hands over your heart. Next close your eyes and imagine your breath is entering in and out through your hands. Make sure that the exhale is longer than the inhale and pause for a couple of seconds between each breath. This will focus your breathing, help you to relax and can be very calming.
