Mindfulness Challenge 16

Fidget Friend...

You can use anything you like for this- simply buy or make a small toy that can be your fidget friend. Then every time you feel anxious or overwhelmed with feelings, the physical sensation of touching and fidgeting with the toy will bring you back to the here and now.
