Try Something New Every Day...
This is a really important activity- we can often be worried or apprehensive to try new things. By taking yourself out of your comfort zone and going into the learning pit means our brains are focused and remain on task. You will also develop a new skills set in the process. It could be trying a new food, learning a dance, exploring a new app, climbing a bit higher on the climbing frame etc.
