Mindfulness Challenge 5

Starfish/finger breathing

When you are feeling stressed, spread your fingers like a starfish on one hand and with the index finger of the other hand, just lightly trace the outside of the hand. Breathe in through your nose as you go up and out through your mouth as you go down. Repeat until calm.
