Mindfulness Challenge 4

Take a Brain Break

Spend 2 minutes taking deep calming breaths- in through your nose and out through your mouth- this will help to quiet your mind helping you become present and focused. This is a great activity to do during Home Learning, stressful situations or when transitioning from one activity to the next.
