The meeting was attended by Rachel Angus (Chair), Steve Lloyd, Helen Parkinson, Helen Fitzakerley, and Liz Redway.

The committee discussed the recent premises audit and the maintenance required in various areas of the school.

Finances were reviewed, including spend on items such as the kitchen carpark (health and safety reasons), the pavilion (thanks to Friends of Sauncey Wood for their support) and a different reception entry system to improve on safeguarding / pupil attendance.

Several policies were ratified including; Lettings, Fund Account, Marking.

Communication was discussed; the website, parents evening Mr Lloyd’s coffee morning / evening for parents and other ways to increase engagement at home.

The next meeting was scheduled for 5th May 2016.
