The committee meeting was attended by Liz Redway, Steve Lloyd, Ryan Hockley (chair) and Rachel Keen (associate governor).

The committee discussed the School Development Plan and its links with performance targets for staff.

Mr Lloyd talked through a Self Evaluation, the ratings were good across the board but our outcomes require improvement.

Attendance levels were 95.5% for the Autumn term, exceeding our target of 95%, and with several new strategies to improve further.

The committee talked through target setting, year group monitoring and reviewed actions taken and needed this term on policies.
